Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, you need to return the product to us for a exchange  or credit. We do not do Cash Refunds

Refunds & Returns

Janet Sweets/Sqeezy will not accept any returns or replace stock reaching its “Best Before Date”, either from Marketers or Clients.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@sqeezy.co.za.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

  1. Sqeezys “Best Before Date” is 24 months on all flavours Sqeezy from the date of manufacture.
  2. When an order is placed, stock will be delivered within two months of the manufacturing date.
  3. All invoices and stock are payable prior to collection, delivery or courier, unless prior arrangements have been made in writing.
